Your VPS server will be added to a custom–made server monitoring system and every time there is a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be alerted instantly.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is essential – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered the Managed Servers option, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up or configure anything. And all the backup copies are always kept on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. Thus your content will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. Still, certain scripts are harder to run and may require some extra setup from you. That is where our Managed Servers deal can come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving duties – in other words you’ll be able to basically hire one of our professional server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
