Backup Space

Keeping a backup of your web site is really tough if you have to do it yourself. You need to find a place for your backups – if possible on a separate machine; you will need to make backups; you will need to check up if everything is working. We offer a simple solution. Our Managed Servers package provides you with 50 gigabytes of disk space on one of our stable backup servers. And we can help you with the backups. And because all the servers are part of the very same network, the backups will be made as quickly as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there’s a particular service or application that you want to run on your dedicated server, but you are unsure how to get it done, or if you come across constant troubles configuring everything yourself, we offer you a solution. Our Managed Servers package includes installation and troubleshooting procedures, meaning that you will enjoy the full and undivided attention of our sysadmins for 30 minutes – more than enough time for them to determine the problem at hand and make things right. You can also use that time to ask them to assist you with any other server–related issues you are having.
